Sam Kaye Doesn’t Let a Deformity Stop Him From Pursuing His Love of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Sam Kaye - Disabled BJJ Fighter

In this video, Sam Kaye, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner and instructor in Kendal, England with a deformed right arm, leads the charge for individuals with disabilities everywhere to challenge themselves and do what they love. Sam, of course, has a passion for BJJ and has created a Facebook page called Disabled BJJ UK in effort to encourage others with physical disabilities to have the courage to join a gym and live their lives to the fullest.

A touching scene from the video clip shows Kaye responding to a question posted to his Facebook page. Kaye says, “the hardest thing you will do is walk through the front door.”
